JAM Concept Remodeling is a Portland-based residential remodeling and construction company specializing in home restorations, basement conversions, ADUs, additions, framing, remodeling, and custom residential construction throughout the Portland metro area.

Our construction experience began in the San Francisco Bay Area, where we worked on residential construction and seismic retrofitting projects for older homes and buildings. That experience provided a strong foundation in structural work, remodeling, framing, and retrofit construction.

After relocating to Portland, Oregon, we spent more than 12 years working alongside a local architect and builder on residential remodeling and custom construction projects throughout the Portland area. During that time, we gained extensive experience working on older homes, additions, basement conversions, structural framing, and complete home restorations.

As Portland continued to grow, we began specializing in creating functional living spaces through basement remodeling, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), additions, and residential renovations designed to improve both the functionality and value of homes.
