Our work on these homes included drywall installation and finishing, interior painting, exterior painting, and additional construction and finishing work associated with the project.

Drywall and Interior Finishing

JAM Concept Remodeling completed drywall work as part of the interior construction of these homes. Proper drywall installation and finishing are important steps in new residential construction because the finished surfaces must be prepared correctly before interior painting and final finishes are completed.

Our involvement in multiple phases of the project also allowed the work to progress from drywall and surface preparation into the interior finishing stages.

Interior Painting

The interior painting work included preparing and painting the finished interior surfaces of the homes. On new construction, proper surface preparation is an important part of achieving a clean and consistent final appearance.

Because JAM Concept Remodeling was involved with both drywall and painting, these phases of the project could be coordinated as part of the overall finishing work.

Exterior Painting

JAM Concept Remodeling also completed exterior painting on these Northeast Portland homes. Exterior painting is more than applying the final coating. Proper preparation and attention to exterior surfaces are important for achieving a durable and professional finish.

These homes represent an earlier project in the history of JAM Concept Remodeling. Although the work was completed prior to 2008, it remains part of our portfolio and demonstrates our experience with new residential construction, drywall, interior finishing, and exterior painting.
